Hi, the Playa Dorada is nearer S'illot than Sa Coma (about a 10 minute walk to Sa Coma). We stayed at the Punter Amer next door to the Dorada in June. We spoke to someone who was staying there and they said it was a predominately German hotel (which may or may not be a problem ). Think they were S/C so don't know what the food was like. We thought it was a nice part of the resort; plenty of pavement cafes/bars (try Ses Ones which is next door or take a walk up to S'Illot and try the Cafeteria Port I Mar - squid to die for). Sunbeds and paraols are 3.5 euros each . Hopefully the weather will be good .
