Lyn, I can recommend the boots own brand inhalator. Wouldn't fly without one, much better than patches as you are actually getting an immediate nicotine fix. Yes, my hubbie thinks I am sad and I do get a few looks on the plane and in the airport but I would never survive the flight without ripping someones head off without it! By the way, long haul is fine, there is always a decent film or two and I have always found the food on long haul much better.

hmm , me thinks I have one of those unused in the cupboard that Dave purchased the last time he was going to give up and never did
