Am a bit confused. Does anyone know if I have to fill in an Esta form ready for my forthcoming cruise down the Panama Canal ?
I am flying to Acapulco with a re-fuelling stop in Aruba.

Are you entering/transiting through the US at any point? If not then I don't think you will need one.
