3 days ago i decided to treat m parents to a holiday
[name removed]from teletext holiday told me that holiday gems would charge me more and i have
best to book with them FOR THE BEST DEAL
he told me that the 5 star i wanted was dearer
and that the 1 he had was a cencellation and
was way better for the price
however after booking i checked the '''5 star great deal cancellation'''' they sold me here is only a 3.5 star
FALSE SALES
next they chnaged my flight from morning to night
they then to me my no quiblles holiday now need to pay for their own baggage
and now the speedy transfer i booked is now just a long shuttle
i have asked for a refund
10 minutes he changed 3 things and all he could say is 'so 'sorry'

this is their ' terms and conditions ' and they cant refund me

i immediatley asked for my money back
they told me its 1500 to cancel its 600 to go to another 3 star
and 1200 now to go to the hotel i want
3 days later i now now after many phone calls that the hotel compay they booked me into
is the GRAND MUTHU HOTEL
i phoned this company they only have 1 room booked instead of 2
and all the details they have of me is wrong
as soon as i booked this holiday they changed 3 details
they have now put the phone down on me 3 times
they pretedn they cant hear you and finally put the phone down
customer services have told me i need to wait to listen to recording 3 days in a row
[name removed ]told me the same
i now have a holiday i dont want to go on for my parents who i told teletext holiday that i wanted a 5 star hotel, they lied and sold me a 3.5 star
i now dont even want to go i just want my money back
ive had already a few sleepless nights
please please please please dont use teletext holidays

they also operate as trully travel and are rated 1 star on google

i have done many bookings myself and thought this time i would like a COMPLETE DEAL

i will never never never never never use this compnay again
