Do you have a holiday complaint? For help and advice post in here.
So far in front I would not expect them to have told the hotel. Many companies have an agreement in place for X number of rooms and sell holidays on that basis. Nearer the date they will contact the hotel with the details. I suggest you contact the company you have booked with. You should have an address for them. Send your letter by recorded delivery - DO NOT use email as that can easily get lost in their system.
Even the big TOs (eg TUI, Thos Cook) don't give a list of customers to the hotels until 10-14 days prior to travel. I've had a similar experience recently when trying to book a room in a specific block -the hotel told me to email ~ 7 days before travel when they will TRY to meet my requests.
