My mother and father booked to go to the bond hotel a disable hotel, the end of oct 2004 but on the 1st of sept my mother passed away, so my father telephone the bond hotel and told them what had happened they said it was ok, they will sort it out when he got there so he disscussed the situation when he got there with a man in the office who said he would sort it out later on in the week the man stopped my father and said they would be a refund of £300.00 appox but not the depoist and a cheque would be made out at a later date, 3 months on and many phone calls he is still waiting a refund, so the lesson of this don't expect a refund if someone dies they are not very good at this situation
