Anyone know if Laptops are cheaper in Bulgaria as I have heard the parts for DEL are made in Rumania which is on the boarder - I THINK!!!
Have already established that Bulgaria in region 2 the same as Britain so all programmes etc will be compatable
A Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V2035 is £438.74 inc. 17.5% VAT from Ebuyer UK today, the same laptop bundled with a Netgear wireless router costs 1558.80 Leva (approx. £550.81) inc. 20% VAT from Metro in Bulgaria in their current 'special offers' catalogue - so the same item is, if anything, slightly dearer in Bulgaria.
'Region 2' only applies to DVD playback capabilities, nothing to do with anything else computer-related.

Thanks for that, will proceed with previous plan and get the company IT manager to buy one for me here, as you may have gathered I'm pretty thicko when it comes to the workings of a computer.
Work with them all day and pretty good on Excel - power point etc, but have no idea AT ALL how they work
