I used them a couple of years ago to book a hotel in Majorca. No problems and very good value. The are a large , international company and I have not heard any bad reports about them.

I used them last week to book a hotel in Milan, all correspondence with them has been fine so far, sent them an email with a request on at the weekend and they responded the same day so fingers crossed everything will go well next weekend when we get there. I'll let you know when I get back.

I forgot that I used them a second time to book an apartment in Madrid. There again , no problems.

Booked accomodation with them in Lisbon the day before arrival. Everything was sorted when we got there next day.

hi,we used them back in feb.we booked a hotel in new york but the flight was cancelled due to a bad storm and we had to come home for 2 days before we could fly out.we rang hotels.com up and they cancelled our original booking and we made another one through them.they didn't charge us anything and i would definately recommend them and would use them again myself
