We don't have your hotel in our reviews but I have asked for it to be added so hopefully we will have some reviews before you go! For weather try this. The trip planner facility is really handy and gives a better indication of likely weather than just looking at one Novembers weather. Personally I wouldn't bother with booking breakfast at the hotel- it will be much cheaper to eat outwith the hotel.

November, especially mid November onwards is regarded as start of high season for Phuket. Karon is a glorious stretch of beach. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to rent. Handy for a visit to Patong or Kata. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Room only is probably best unless you are getting a good deal on the breakfasts, you can always pay for breakfast when you get there, or eat out locally.
