Hi Plummet,
I've dropped you a private message with dilip's phone number. If you mention Arlene he'll know who referred you.

I am a first-timer to Goa, & would like to do the trip run by Daytrippers to Delhi. Agra, Jaipur & Tiger safari.
Has anyone done this trip? What did you think? Did you see a tiger?
It's a big chunk out of our holiday-6 days- but I have always wanted to go to these places, & would probably regret not going.
If anyone has any info I would be over the moon.

I agree with Neeru - the waterfalls are amazing and I would recommend having a swim as it's sooo refreshing! It's a long day but well worth it.
The spice plantation is a good trip and I went by taxi. It cost about £9 both ways from Candolim and the driver just waits for you! You get a lovely lunch included in the tour. If you take a picture of the elephant(s) be warned - the man will come up to you and charge you for taking it! I know they need to make money to feed etc the elephant but worth remembering so you can at least make sure the picture you take is a good one (unlike I did!)
We used Johns Boats Tours for the waterfall trip and they were good and inexpensive.
Have a great time!

and actually spotted a croc?
I went on the trip when i was very young(about 14), from what i can remember we got on the boat about 10am, spent all day on the boat, saw one baby croc, which i didnt actually see because i was too busy being sick. Id just discovered i suffer badly from sea sickness, and they wouldnt take me back

Yes! On our very first visit to Goa! It was quite a big 'un too!
We went on the trip couple of years ago and was privileged to see one huge monster. However, it was luck that we were on the right side of the boat - it quickly slipped into the water and the people on the other side were not quick enough. It also depends on how noisy your boat is - well not the boat, but the people on it. I spend a lot of time sitting around fishing lakes and if there is one thing I have learnt it is that wild life does not like noise.
It was a very long day in heat and would not choose to do it again. There is definitely no guarantee that you see anything and apart from fruit bats up in the trees, there was little else to see.

we saw a couple of crocs, briefly. But we were very lucky because we got to see a rare white kingfisher. In fact we were so lucky we saw one every 5 minutes

I wouldnt bother going on the croc trip again, as i was very ill.
but my dad went fishing and he said he saw lots of dolphins, so anyone wanting to go on a dolphin trip dont pay the price they're asking for, just go on the fishing trip which i think costs less, and you'll get to see the dolphins
i cant do that, as i get sea sick. i even get sea sick after 20mins paddling in the sea
