Hi, I do know that Arenal has both. When we stayed at the Aguamarina last October I know that they had a doctor who even came and did a "house call" in the room next to us (middle of the night). But there is also a surgery. I don't know about Cala Galdana, though. I haven't been there.

Cala Galdana also has a doctors and pharmacy.
