The only place we've eaten in Pera Old Town is O Cantinho dos Italianos - excellent food at reasonable prices. We had our 4 month old granddaughter with us and the ladies of the establishment waited very patiently till eventualy she was lifted out of her pushchair to be fed, whereupon they pounced and carried her off round the restaurant, billing and cooing Portuguese style!
