Not quite all inclusive, but in Menorca, the Castell Playa, Thomson Gold, in Arenal d'en Castell, has a good evening entertainment programme including cabarets and UK comedians, plus a band and dancing. It's got an outside stage for the high season, or indoors at other times. And they run daytime activities too.

When we were there in 2005 you could get wristbands for drinks.......and otherwise it's half board with a snack bar on site.
