Anyway as I am going away for two weeks in August, I am having to put him in a boarding kennel, I visited the place unannounced and was impressed with what I saw, so I don't have any worries about that.
What I am unsure of though is because he has always been with 'the family' since a young puppy what sort of things can I do to get him 'ready' for his little holiday and a stay in the kennels?
Any advice animal lovers?
we could not get his leash on him after bringing him home .a normally cute layed back puppy became a vicious snarling monster,he seemed to compare his lead with being locked up,we had to make him see who is master,he still now at 2yrs is cautious of his lead and will only allow us to put it on if hes sure he is going for a walk
