You certainly have chosen a great part of the country to holiday; this hotel seems to fit your requirements although personally i haven’t stayed here yet. Saunton Sands Hotel, EX33 1LQ. Had a quick look at pricing and seemed reasonable for a family of 4, hope it helps.
