Looking to reserve a hotel for 2 week holiday 31/8/07 for 2 weeks and hoped some of you may be able to recommend a good standard 4* hotel you may have stayed in that is reasonable to walk to centres of town etc.
Seen a few but so many to choose from and need some advice.
Also, can anyone recommend the best sites for flights to from Naples from Scotland and those with best hotel rates??

I can recommend the following 4* hotels in Sorrento.All within 10-15 min stroll from Piazza Tasso.
Grand Hotel Royal---my favourite but a seaview or side seaview room is a must to avoid traffic noise.
Capodimonte again seaview or ssv to avoid facing cliff.
Ambasciatori--sv or ssv
Riviera.
