It depends on what you buy? and how often it is used?

We have a 2 bedroomed appartment with a lift but no pool in a non tourist area which is used for approx 10/12 weeks a year

we reckon it costs between £800/1000 a year

...our property is a studio apartment, with pools, popular tourist resort.....running costs are a little bit higher than Kathml's...but are normally more than covered by rentals.
Generally, we've found that utilities in Tenerife are less than the u.k equivalents.
