I very much doubt whether you will find these shops in Santo Tomas. I know you will have to go the town for a tabac.

There is not a tobaconist, not sure about perfume shop. There is a chemist, next to the supermarket nearest to the Victoria Hotel. Next town is only short bus ride, I was in S Tomas 1st week June, its lovely

There is a perfume shop, though it is almost at the opposite end of the main street from the Victoria Playa! (About a 10 - 15 minute walk).

In the Hotel Sol Elite Menorca, or rather adjacent to its entrance area, is a reasonably-well-stocked perfume shop, or at least there was one there last year!
