I'm new to this forum - so hi!
I was wondering if anyone here had tried hiring a flat through a specialist agency for their holiday instead of a hotel? I've been looking at this, as I think it might work out a bit cheaper for me and my family - and we get to cook for ourselves, but wondered if anyone had any experience of using them?
I'm looking at serviced apartments in west London as I want to take my family to see the sights and wondered what anyone thought?

Well i just googled 'serviced apartments in London' and loads came up! They state £75 a night but whether that is per person or per apartment??
I think its a good idea - especially with a family and being able to cook for yourself.

Thanks for your reply denny. I found some of those too - looks like the £75 is plus VAT and I think it's per room. I've decided to go with that option - and have found one or two companies that do it that I like the look of.
And it saves me worrying about my kids causing havoc in a hotel!
