Hi - someone I was talking to on the last night of my holiday last year bought some jeans and was then taken by the stall holder to some place full of machinists to get them shortened (in Sunny Beach). They did them in few hours for her. I wish I had known this before because I would have got myself some jeans - I'm shortie too. So maybe they do do tailoring as well. If not at least you can get some trousers taken up. I can't give you any more info as to where it was, but could be worth asking the stall holders if you are looking at clothing.
