Thanks for the reply, I guess the seats at the front will have a little more room but not enough room for TC to want to charge £40 extra for.

There are extra legroom seats onboard (subject to availability) on exit rows, but no premium seating on that particular aircraft.

Thanks for that, the exit row seats have been taken on that flight so will probably choose one of the very front seats
Him aim flying on thomas cook TCX162 from manchester to Cancun on 20/8. Please could you confirm which plane this will be and whether this will be the new seat configuration 2-4-2? Does the airline also provide any additional goodies/activities for children (aged 5 and 7). Many thanks

MAN-CUN-MAN (TOM162/3) are operated by Airbus A330-200 in the standard configuration, ie 3-3-3 in economy. There aren't any goodies given out for children, or at least there weren't the last time I flew with them. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

MAN-CUN-MAN (TOM162/3) are operated by Airbus A330-200 in the standard configuration, ie 3-3-3 in economy. There aren't any goodies given out for children, or at least there weren't the last time I flew with them. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Can anyone shed some light as worried about flight, have flown many times over to Caribbean, Costa Rica etc, but going to cancun from manchester details say Flight TCX 162 ,, 332-325
What type of plane is this, have booked premium as hubby 6ft 4" but read some awful reviews, technical faults, emergency landings, so a bit stressed at moment as go in 4 weeks and honestly feel ill with worry ,

If you read enough reviews, you'll find ones like that about any airline. Thomas Cook have no more technical issues or emergency landings than any other airline. Don't worry, they are a safe and reliable airline so don't stress, just look forward to your holiday.

We flying from stansted to Tenerife on Sept 9 14 returning Sept 26 14 Flight Nos TCX7284/TCX7129. Will these be on the new A321? We have booked ELR bothways. Or is it likely to change by then. Also will there be any entertainment onboard? Thanks for your time.

We're flying to Cancun out of Manchester on 15th October on TCX162. Does anyone know if there's on demand IFE or is it just 4 channels on a loop? Can I ask the same question for the return flight on 26th October, TCX325? I know they're different aircraft.

It looks like it's scheduled to be on a loop on the outbound, and on demand on the inbound.

STN-TFS-STN (TCX7284/7129) are indeed operated by Airbus A321-200. Aircraft are rotated regularly so whether this will be a new one or not, you'll have to wait until the day. IFE information is linked from our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Hi Daz, I wonder if you have any information. I'm booked to fly from Stansted to Enfidha on TCK 7168 on 22nd October departing at 06.00, returning 5th November on TCX 7169 at 11.10. Just had a look at their site and not only is this flight not showing but the nearest dates are 25th October departing 23.45 returning 8th November at 10.45 - no flight numbers showing for either of these. They have already notified me of the change in the original time of the return flight but it does rather look as though they may have changed both flights, though so far I have heard nothing.

TCX7169 on 5 November at 11.10 is still showing on their website. I would think 22 October isn't showing because it's half term, and they've no more seat only sales available. They're still selling packages for 22 October 06.00. TCX7168.
Thanks a lot Darren. It shouldn't be a major problem for me if they have changed, as for the first time in years I have booked flight and hotel as a package with TC, so presumably they will change my dates at the hotel if necessary.
Out of curiosity I also looked at packages Sunaddict and couldn't see anything for 22nd October. Putting in that date only comes up with one on 25th and checking 'alternative dates' comes up with nothing at all.
