I am probably going to,be booking Thomas Cook Manchester to menorca fought again this year, every time I've done,it before it's been a 757-200, except.when one went tech and we got 767. Now that the 757-200 fleet is diminished, does anyone know what aircraft type is planned for this routes in the summer season?

Tcx2442 is the Saturday flight I believe. I imagine a 767 in place of a 757 as the Airbus 320 series may be too small, praying they don't use the 757300 on this route!

Thanks, is,it,the same for flights 2478 and 2234 and 2364? Looks like there are more flights this year so,maybe that's why smaller,planes. I,know,the 757 300 planes are staying (1 each at gatwick and Glasgow?), but are there any 757 200's left? The dreaded g-fcli that always seems to curse me has I believe been sold to dhl and actually delivered today to be converted to a freighter

MAN-MAH-MAN (TCX2442/3) are operated by Airbus A321-200.
MAN-MAH-MAN (TCX2478/9) are operated by Airbus A321-200.
MAN-MAH-MAN (TCX2234/5) are operated by Airbus A321-200.
MAN-MAH-MAN (TCX2364/5) are operated by Airbus A321-200.

All are subject to the specific dates you are wanting to travel.

G-FCLI was withdrawn from TCX service on 02/01/16 for delivery to DHL on the 4th. Other than that, only the two 753's remain.

Thanks for that, I would be flying in August do you think they will stick with the Airbus or are we likely to see the bigger 767 at all?

So far as I know the 757-300 planes are based 1 each at gat wick and Glasgow, are these likely to stay based here? Any plans to sell them? And are all the 757's gone now?

It would have been useful to mention August when asked originally so I could check for the month you were planning on flying. Aircraft are scheduled a year in advance so unless there's a technical issue, it's unlikely to change. You'll have to ask Thomas Cook if they plan on selling the 753's!

Hi we are are on flight MT2356 on april 20th MAN>GENOA and have exit seats in row 26. Im wondering if there is a window on this row as some interior shots of this plane dont seem to have any.

Thomas Cook Airlines Premium Economy JFK-MAN ret - worth it?

So, I've read a few reviews about the premium economy (P.E.) vs regular economy and it seems that the reviews are either really good or really bad! So I have questions...

Are all beverages free or do you have to pay for them in P.E. & are they "unlimited?
Do you have to pay for head sets in P.E.?
Do you have to pay for upgraded TV or is that complimentary in P.E.?
Do you get blankets and pillows on request in P.E.?
Is there a separate staff for P.E. or is there just one service for all?
What was your overall experience in P.E.?
Is it worth it?

Oh I am a British ex pat living in US so going to visit family

No. My travel insurance covers me. As you're travelling independently I presume you've bought the correct cover for that sort of trip?

I don't know if it was you the posted the question, but this was asked and answered on the Air Travel forum on Trip Advisor yesterday, so if it wasn't you it might be worth you having a look on there.

Thomas Cook Airlines

Can anyone tell me if Thomas Cook Airlines ever offered a flight from Manchester to Heraklion departing Manchester at 07:00 on October 4th 2016.
I know that it is not on offer now.
I have tried ringing but after being put on hold for over an hour I gave up.

I didn't think that TC ever gave out ATOL certificates for flight only bookings? I fly with them to Cuba every 12/18 months but my ATOL certificate is always issued by the small independent TO I book the holiday with.

The flights were Atol protected for just over 3 years from October 2012 to November 2015 when the flights were being sold by TCTO. The airline went back to selling their own flights from 15 November 2015, so not Atol protected any longer.
