emmacat,
TOM886/7 are operated by an Airbus A321-200. Row 26 seats E/F are in pairs on that aircraft. Are you sure you're looking at the correct seat plan as I can see row 26 E/F as a pair?! There is no row 25 on that side of the aircraft (only 25 B/C), maybe you mistook that row as being present? Row 26 is the first row in the aft cabin on the right hand side.

i am often what is technically refered to as an absolute spanner when trying to interpret diagrams...i will presume you are indeed correct, and i well-

Many thanks for your prompt response to our message at the end of May, re the usual plane type..... we [I] are a bit confused as some times a 763 high density would appear to operate the route LGW to TFS as tom4534, does this depend on the time of year, in the summer there are numerous flights to TFS?. Was hoping for a 763 as my wife is not a keen flyer, being twin isle she feels better.
Could you advise which route does the aircarft operate prior, so we can see if there is a delay, plus we have pre booked the meals, are you aware of the type that are served.
We are flying on the 29th July.
Many thanks
Mark & Helen & family.
Aircraft are changed between the seasons and specific days based on need so some flights in the winter maybe operated by a 757 but the same flight in the summer holidays might be a 767, or vice versa. That's why I get an up-to-date aircraft schedule at the beginning of every season but even that is subject to change! LGW-TFS-LGW (TOM4534/5) are scheduled to be operated by a Boeing 757-200. The only flight scheduled to be operated by a Boeing 767 on the LGW-TFS-LGW this summer is the Tuesday flight (TOM4226/7). It's the first flight out that morning for that aircraft, it arrives back in the early hours then has some down-time. Meals will be a breakfast outbound so should be sausage, bacon, ommelate etc and the usual meal on the inbound is sausage and leek mash, but they are subject to change.

Hey! Its a long shot but im stuck @ Glasgow airprt still waiting on this mornings tom742 to punta cana. The plane is here and tech problms are all were being told it is. Does anyone know if we will get the 737-600 or if were actually waiting on a replacement aircraft? Its just that all 280 passangers are confused were not being told anything.
Thomson don't operate any 737-600's and they don't have the range in anycase to make Punta Cana! You'll have wait for information at the airport. If the problem can't be rectified, a replacement aircraft will likely be sources and sent up for you.

Does anyone know of or have a picture of what options are on the food and bar menu in thomson premium to Cancun from Manchester (don't know if it is different to certain destinations or not) but would be interested to know what would be on offer anywho. We are travelling 28th July if that info is also required.
Thanks in advance.
Thankyou for your reply Darren. I shall have a look.
can anyone help me out and tell which type of aircraft will be used for Edinburgh - Las Palmas (TOM 1654 departs 1540 on July 2nd), returning Las Palmas - Edinburgh (TOM 1655 departs 2120 on July 9th) ? My reservations just shows it will be Thomson.
I have selected an exitrow seat; if I recall correctly my last TOM flight in 2008, seats were allocated at check-in, I could not pre-select my choice of window or aisle seat in advance.
Is there a choice these days with some kind of seatmap ?
Please let me know,
yours,
SeekingFCA
EDI-LPA-EDI (TOM1654/5) are operated by a Boeing 757-200. Seats are allocated the day before your flight. You can also select your seat online at an extra charge although with having booked extra legroom seats, you are limited to row 12 and 32. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). Note that flights are currently subchartered to Astraeus from EDI at the moment and operated by one of their Boeing 757-200's (G-STRW).

Hi Darren,

Just wondering if you could help me out with regards to IFE on Thomson Longhaul throughout July? I've heard that the listings are usually released at the end of the June for July but I may be wrong; forgive me if I am haha

Thanks

You are correct. They should be out at the end of June. Darren will update as soon as he has them.
We are booked on flight TOM194 from Manchester to peurto plata this coming Friday - I pre-booked my seats but just want to confirm what type of plane we are most likely to have for the flight - hubby is questioning that I've booked us decent seats in the preimium seating

does anyone know what sort of food they are serving in premium cabin? You used to get an upgrade on your baggage to 23Kg is this still the case?
Refer to my post to x1lfb on the previous page in reference to food. Baggage allowance will be printed and confirmed on your tickets and should be 23kg for Premium.
Darren
