Are your tickets in a booklet? If so, the luggage "labels" are flimsy tearout ones at the back end of the booklet.

Yes tickets turned up in a booklet as last year, but no sign of the flimsies as we had last year.

I need to select seating (with Infant) on the below route but just wanted to confirm the aircraft type.
Please can you confirm the A/C type for the below route:-
TOM654 DSA - DLM
TOM499 DLM - DSA
Im expecting it to be the 737-800, however on the screen print (AirCenter) the TOM advisor sent over to me to choose my seats from the A/C type states with 2 different layouts of seat plan, (stil 3-3)
Also, what does "NO REC" mean on the AirCentre app??

re the above post - looks like the Aruba flight this am ex LGW is on a substitute aircraft G-OBYG -Is this a short haul version with 29" legroom? I'm interested because my holiday to Kenya is getting closer and I've paid for Premium to get extra legroom!

I'm flying MAN - SFB in 5 weeks in Premium Economy.
It seems to be a fairly regular occurence now that OBYG is used as a relief for FCA aircraft that have gone Tech!
The Punta Can flight from MAN this morning went Tech as well, but at least it evetually went, but with a 3 hour delay!

Hi, when are you flying?
T0M654 is a 737-300
TOM499 is a 737-800
Obviously the 737-800 is the newer aircraft, although the seating layout of 3-3 (6-abreast) and 29"-30" seat pitches are the same throughout. The -300 however doesn't offer any inflight entertainment other than the hire of Sony PSPs for the flight. As for choosing where to sit with an infant, that's enitrely your own choice although the toilets at the back of both aircraft types will have baby changing tables.

It's a case of subbing the flight to a short haul configured aircraft and getting everyone away with as little delay as possible, and keeping as much to schedule to subsequant flights (minimising knock-on delays), or delaying the flight until the aircraft is repaired that could lead to the loss of a days holiday and schedult chaos to later flights. I know it's not an ideal situation to use a short haul aircraft, but which would you prefer; less seat pitch or a loss of a day of your holiday?

Luggage labels aren't needed as bar codes are attached at check-in. It's up to you if you want to put your name on a seperate label.
