Our flight tickets for holiday to Turkey have turned up, but we haven't got any luggage labels for the first time ever with TOM.
Is this now the norm?
Cheers,

Does anybody know which aircraft operated TOM 038 from LGW to POP yesterday, as it appears to have gone Tech in POP?

Hi,
I need to select seating (with Infant) on the below route but just wanted to confirm the aircraft type.
Please can you confirm the A/C type for the below route:-
TOM654 DSA - DLM
TOM499 DLM - DSA
Im expecting it to be the 737-800, however on the screen print (AirCenter) the TOM advisor sent over to me to choose my seats from the A/C type states with 2 different layouts of seat plan, (stil 3-3)

RickTT,
TOM654 DSA - DLM is a Boeing 737-300.
TOM499 DLM - DSA is a Boeing 737-800 (winglets).
You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). Seating is persnal preference. All seats offer the same seat pitch and facilities on their respective aircraft so it's whatever you prefer. The exception is extra legroom seating.
