Don't get too caught up in the -304/ER. It's the same aircraft underneath! The 3 just means it's a 300 series, 04 was Britannia's customer code for Boeing when the aircraft was originally ordered and ER just means it's the Extended Range version. Winglets obviously because it's had them fitted. It's the way Boeing title their aircraft for reference.Darren
