You can take a boat trip to Gocek from Fethiye harbour. It takes about an hour/hour and half. If you go on a Sunday that is Gocek's market day, but the boat only docks for about 90 minutes/2 hours. It's a very pleasant boat trip though, and you also stop off at a few other beaches along the way.

If you want to spend longer there you'd be better off getting the dolmus from Fethiye town. They leave Fethiye bus terminal about every hour, and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Cheap too! And the dolmus driver will tell you what times the dolmus' leave for the return trip to Fethiye and when the last one is.

You could get a taxi but it would be much more expensive, and not really worth it if you're not in a hurry.

Gocek is really beautiful by the way.
