It can often be cheaper to book through an accommodation site such as http://www.travelrepublic.co.uk than it is to book direct with the hotel. If you use CARDSTUDENT in the promo box you will get a further discount.
We booked a hotel in Benidorm through TR at £33 pppn and it would have been €90 pppn direct with the hotel.
You will find several other accommodation sites if you browse our DIY forum.
