my husband and i have just returned from Dar Khayam , if you are used to 3* its ok. We wouldnt stay here again , too many flies around the pool we went to the beach everyday , repetative food, very basic rooms, stomach upsets, apart from that the weather was fine which is really all we went for but thunder and lightning, pouring rain on the last two days . We stayed here from 30th sept to 14th october . Will write a review in a few days . Yasmine have much nicer hotels. I have also read reviews that the Houda Beach and golf club is not worth it. Also avoid the Ib Sahara Beach in Skanes . To Hammamet is nearly a 2hr transfer time. I suppose it depends what you want out of your holiday . Hope this helps

HI There, stay away from the Bel Air and The Emira, they are both very cheap and when you arrive you can see why. The bel Air is dirty we had blood stains on our sheets and they would not change them! Also the Animation staff are extremley rude and gave me and my friends a really hard time when we were out the in August last year.

The Sheraton Resort in Hammamet, very shabby, windows were falling out the patio doors and the pool area was dangerously uneven with broken tiles. Have to say though that it is supposed to be undergoing a major refurb this month

we stayed in dar khayam and hated every minute of it, too many problems to list, but lots of cockroaches, undercooked chicken and terrrible food were the main problems, rooms basic more 2 star, avoid !!!
