When I was at the Club Julian 4 years ago there were quite a number of steps up to the main entrance.
Maybe they have installed a ramp now.
I would go for a hotel in Icmeler near the sea front as the area is flat and no need for a dolmus to get to the sea.

Hotel Telmessos in Hisaronu have installed a ramp for wheelchairs. I know, because they specifically installed it at my request so that my disabled dad could attend my wedding there!
So if you get a ground floor room, there is access.
However, that said, the hotel is on the top of a steep hill so you need to have someone strong to do the pushing. Also the bathrooms are not huge so it can be a struggle getting in and out of one in a chair.
