I saw them some time back in Newtons (in the original shop not the new one) in their toy section upstairs - probably still sell them.
we found them in a bag shop on the lane to the csm,but the best selection and price was in a toy shop in panjim.cant remember the name but it was opposite the lacoste shop

I saw some Barbie Doll's in Bruno's candolim rd,they have them in lots of shops...

We have bought a collection of them over the years for our god daughter from the elephant shop in Candolim so you will have no problem 
If all else fails, you can always pick up an Indian Barbie at the airport duty free shop.
