we havent been to sharm for 3 years or so now- that was our 2nd trip and we stayed at Hilton sharks bay, looking at reviews quite a lot of the hotels dont seem to be getting v good reviews.
can anyone recommned somewhere on beach/reef and good food ( ai) and suitable for our 8 yo

Reviews for Egypt always do seem a little mixed dont they ?.
Our favourite so far is still the hilton SB but others to look at with generally stable reviews would be the holiday village or coral sea resort or maybe the sunrise island view/garden .I also still fancy trying El Gouna where you could maybe look at one of the 2 three corners hotels .

A few years back we stayed in the hilton sharm waterfalls, it was superb. We'll definately go back one day
