hi i am going to turkey next may and not sure which cream ,lotion or oil to use to get a dark tan but with sun Protection Factor in it .

I am quite dark and I use Nivea invisible spray, I start with a factor 20 and then go on to a factor 10. I have just come back from Turkey and I have a lovely tan
