hi everyone we booked with cosmos to go to benidorm for christmas and new year, at the last minute cosmos changed our hotel saying the one we book had closed down to cut a long story short my husband fell ill 3 days before we came home, when we got home he went to the doctors and he said he has food poisoning nearly everyone we spoke to in the hotel had been bad and had to stay in there rooms, do you think it is worth putting a complaint in..we couldn't see the rep as there wasn't one in the hotel even though it was a package holiday

tthis will be difficult to prove that the hotel is at fault, but is an ideal case to be referrred to Simpson millar solicitors who should be able to give you the best advice

As. Jim says unless you were All Inclusive and didn't eat out at all during your holiday then it's very hard to prove who was to blame.

Which hotel had you originally booked and where did you end up staying?
