Stayed here in February 2017. The hotels car park was full of litter and cigarette butt ends and never nowhere to park at night so had to pay at the adjacent council car park. The room was standard for Premier Inn - however, the bed was uncomfortable, the windows dirty and stains on the sofa. There was an alarm going off by the entrance for the majority of time we were there and the house keeping of the rooms poor.
As Premier Inn advertise they now are focusing on attracting plumbers/ builders / scaffolder's etc, who may be happy with this standard of accommodation.
I personally would recommend you look else where if you want more than poor budget accommodation.
