Unfortunately, I am unable to give this property a glowing review.
Firstly, the garden was unkept. I asked for the grass to be cut which it later was, however the weeds and thistles were still present as all the edges were just left! If you have young children, these are quite troublesome. There was no attempt of using a strimmer - photos below.
The kitchen is very tired looking. The main sink is faulty and doesn't give hot water.
The entire house is cluttered. The actual furniture is inkeeping with its period - however everything needs a good clean. You are charged £150 for cleaning with this property - not sure where it goes.
The hot tub is great but it cuts out after a while and trips out so you need to keep going to the main fuse board to restart it.
The garden loungers are dirty and damp. If you are going to have cream furniture it really needs to be kept clean and out of the rain.
The fridge in the utility needs a good scrub and does the fridge in the kitchen.
This house could be superb, but needs an investment of money and time to deliver what it costs its customers.
