Often stay in the Bloomsbury area but this was my first stay at The Bonnington and hopefully not the last!
The hotel has recently undergone a total refurbishment and has been upgraded to 4 star. Though a traditional building all rooms and public areas are bright, modern and contemporary.
We had two singles and though these are quite small and pod like they are bright, well equipped and comfortable. The flat screen TV offered several channels and the room was also equipped with iron and board, safe, air conditioning, good hospitality tray with new kettle and so on. The bathroom was also newl with good quality fitments and a full bath with shower over.
Breakfast is buffet style and definitely one of the best i've had in a uk hotel. Great selection of hot and cold food, juices, etc with tea/coffee and toast served at the table by the efficient restaurant team.
Overall a great London base!
