A fabulous hotel and worthy of its 5*. Check in was easy, the staff are very polite and aknowledge you at all times.
The rooms are cleaned every day, in the evening they tidy your room and leave you a little card telling you you weather forcast for the following day, along with two small chocolates!
We ate at the Pearl Restaurant which was lovely but very expensive for the amount you get, had to raid the mini bar later that night, that too was expensive however, it is 5* so you can expect it to be.
We also ate at the Hotel restaurant and that was reasonable value and tasted delicious, the fish was so so fresh.
Breakfast was Full English and Continental which was perfect.
The location is quiet and only 9 minutes walk from Covent Garden.
The hotel itself was immaculate,I would stay here again.
