We are having the worse holiday. Paid gold plus caravan to find a dirty place and even dirty plates with red stains. The pool is a joke, you have to book 1 hour slot. They are dumping even more caravans and don't have the structure to support the amount of people visiting the site. The "entertainment" area is small, smelly and dirty. We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we will be leaving tomorrow morning as there is no slots for the pool since day one. Don't come here, specially with children. Staff is rude.

This park wrongly advertises information on their website. You don't get the caravan that is shown at the time of booking. We rented a bronze plus for 4 adults but was more suitable for 2 adults. Upon arrival we found the caravan to be dirty and smelly. On the first night we had a power cut, we later saw that the power box was hanging unsafely and open on the grass away from underneath the caravan. The next morning we found the toaster not working and the power kept blowing because of this.
We was told that all appliances had been checked to be in working order, they failed to notice the toaster but more importantly, they turned a blind eye to the hanging oven door which was a health and safety matter which must have fell off and caused a dent on the kitchen floor prior to our arrival, surely this would have been picked up on their tests. After we complained, the unhelpful and rude staff in reception agreed to compensate us for a full day due to the inconvenience we received.
This short relaxing break turned into a nightmare, we would never return to this park again. If you have teenagers, be prepared to be bored as there is nothing for them to do, as the website states there's plenty for all to enjoy! There are no local amenities apart from Yarmouth. This place doesn't even warrant a star!

Accommodation is of a great standard (we stayed in a silver 8 and there were 5 of us), with three bedrooms - double, and two twins, toilet, seperate bathroom and walk in shower, large living area and fully equipped kitchen with oven including hob, grill and main oven.

I loved this place and it was a real bargain too. TBH it was a lot quieter than I was expecting and there didn't seem to be that many people there, but we had a lovely time and the staff just couldn't do enough for you. Can recomend it if you don't want something at frenetic as Haven.

Great park! In fact its that good I'm looking for a caravan to buy onsite.
Good location, enough to do without being all 'commercial' like the adjacent Haven park. Nice walks, handy for shops, Yarmouth, broads, Norwich, and it was reasonably priced. Book direct with the park and ask for a discount!" you will get one!
