Our first time booking a villa with Agni Travel and the booking process was efficient with an excellent planner on line. Journey from airport to villa seemed well documented and was until the last part.
The villa should have been 1.4km off the main road. It was not. It was dark and we were tired. It took us half an hour or so looking at every place we passed until we finally found our villa a full km further on. Also difficult to find both the parking and the front door in the dark.
However villa appeared good, well furnished, clean and stunning views with excellent outdoor space. The villa, pool and gardens were maintained throughout very well by friendly, efficient staff.
However the kettle was downright dangerous, the safe would not work and there were no instructions that we could follow, the loungers were old and breaking, one toilet made a huge noise when flushed which was a problem in the night!!, there were lights that did not work in one bedroom, the airer/ drier rack was almost unusable and so on.
The really annoying part was that we contacted Agni as per instructions and got absolutely no response that moved to solve any of the problems. Indeed the one rep, Meg, went off on a break and told us that we could contact Vicky to continue our complaint but she completely ignored us. I completed the customer survey on our return and that would not go through!!!
We will not be using Agni travel again!!!!!
