Terra Verde is a new complex with 10 apartments. The apartment we were in was very spacious, with a bedroom, bathroom, living/kitchen area. It has 2 air conditioning units. One in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area. The apartments are spotless and are cleaned, linen changed every day.There is plenty of storage space for your clothes etc.. Pots, pans, crockery is all new and plentifull. There is also a kettle to make your cuppa.
The pool area is also very nice and spotless, with comforable sunbeds and parasols. There is a bar that has been built, but is not open yet, hence no loud music that you don't want to hear. The location is ok, but it is 850 meters up from sea level. This can and was a hike to get back to the apartment. There are 75 steps to negiotiate, then a hill before you get 'home' but i think nit is/was worth it. We kept our room on for an extra 4 hours at a cost of 20 Euros.
All in all a great place that is comforable, clean, relaxing, and spacious.
I would have no worries returning to the Terra Verde.
