Disgusting, dirty, rude staff, cold food, dirty good, zero entertainment, all inclusive was non existent, coffee for guests self service out of a thermal flask. Dirty mattresses, dirty pool, badly represent the normally lovely people of Rhodes.
If you book with on the beach don't expect them to do anything. Rang them 5 times to get us out of here. Told us after taking off a £1,000 cancellation charge we could have balance towards somewhere else. In the information leaflet they tell you you can check out of the room at 12 then they take wrist bands off at checkout and you can no longer use facilities. Our flight was at midnight. I would like to point out I am not one of those who pay 3 star and expect 5 star treatment. I have saved all year for this holiday and money I have brought should be to treat my kids instead it is paying for food and drink.
