I had the worst holiday experience in my life,mainly with the travel agent.
We booked a 4 nights stay in a beautiful hotel from pictures...when we got there we have received a basement room with no light beside electrical one.
We have complained exactly when we got there, love holiday advisor told me that they can't do anything until my return.
Due to the conditions I was in, I felt very sick, I ended up to the local doctor and moved on my own cost to another hotel in the 3rd day.
I had complained on my return, with pictures of the room, with my doctor papers about the bad conditions and been asked for 30 days for investigations. After 30 days, the lady who was investigating asked for more time and because I asked for a clear answer, she sent me a email stating that the room was the one advertised despite clearly from pictures it wasn't.
The hotel didn't do anything as they said that was the room I paid for and it wasn't any request put through from lovehollidays.com
When I said I want to go further , I had been advised that their company isn't responsible on front of ABTA or ATOL as they use a 3rd party for bookings and that they are just intermediaries. I have asked the full details of the company and the procedure to go further with my complain, after 60 days no reply and nobody is answering my phone anymore.
Totally lack of respect and is simply unbelievable that a company like this can operate in this conditions.
I am just sorry I didn't checked their ratings and comments, hope future customers will see the reality of this so call dream holiday company.
