We are visiting the hotel for the 3rd time in 2008. We have been to Malta many times and this is the only hotel we have ever returned to.
The staff are excellent. The hotel is immaculate (and has been refurbished since our last visit).
The pool area is clean and quiet with a good pool resaurant and bar. However, our 10 year old son was made to feel just as welcome as the adults. The manager spoke to every guest every morning either at breakfast or by the pool - an superb gesture.
Although we did not use the restaurants in the evening - prefering to get out and about - the quality of the food and service at breakfast are indicative of a first class venue. I understand that the chineese restaurant is exceptional. Maybe this year....
Finally, this hotel is less expensive than others that are closer to the sea. However, getting to the sea isn't a problem on such a small island!
