The hotel was spotless the cleaners was constantly cleaning!!
The breakfast food was horrible apart from the doughnuts!! but the evening meal was ok, variety of foods but most the food tasted bland!!
Location of hotel was brillant, right by everything beach,shops and bars was like 2 mins walk away!!
Hotel staff was brillant Emillo is a really nice man!!
Receptionists were friendly!! bar staff was great got on very well with them escpielly robert and wancarlos (how ever it is spelt).
Entertainment was ok, went out most nights though David is so funny and Anna and Donna were great!!
Hopefully I should be going back there in 2006.
Caribe was only a 2 star hotel and couple years ago we went to a 4 star hotel and that was rubbish compared to the Caribe it deserves to be at least a 4 star!!

I stayed at the Hotel Caribe in Es Cana with my daughter and 12yr old granddaughter.
The hotel was spotless, the staff were really friendly which helps make a holiday as most hotels Ive stayed in have staff who don't know how to smile.
The food was fine, there was a really nice pool area where there was something going on most of the time,this was run by Anna,David and Donna a fabulous trio who certainly earned their money as they seemed to be there morning noon and night.
This is my 3rd time in Es Cana and we think it's a brilliant place for holidays, after two weeks we didnt want to go home, theres not one thing I could complain about.
This was booked with Sunset holidays the first time we've holidayed with them and it won't be the last, so hip hip hooray for the Hotel Caribe

The Hotel Caribe has just been revamped. All rooms now have air conditioning (a must in July/August).
The hotel is very clean and has a good pool area, however there is a lack of shade and all the umbrella's are taken before breakfast.
The food in the hotel is variable, good on some days and poor on others. You are also expected to set your own table (first time I have had to do this in a hotel).
The entertainment is good for young children but very repedative for adults.
The main drawback of the hotel is the amount of noise, the shows go on till midnight and can be heard all over the hotel. Also the corridors are tiled and as a result are very noisy.
The hotel is of a 2/3 star standard.

The meals at the Caribe are very good, however there could be more choice for children but nevertheless the food was hot and had variety.
Cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted, cleaners were working throughout the day to maintain the high standards.
The location is very good literally yards from Es Cana's sea front in a quiet position.
I cannot compliement the Hotel Staff enough, they are polite and nothing is any trouble for them. They are very friendly and this makes you feel right at home.
Entertainment was varied and has something for everyone. Dave and Anna are an excellent entertainment team and are a real positive to the Caribe.
I also have to mention the Kiddies Club this was very professionally run and the reps were superb with the children. Well done!!!
I would definately visit this hotel again,myself and my children want togo back next year but the husband only wants to do 11 nights!
If you want an excellent family holiday, this hotel is for you.

Hotel was very clean and the cleaners were always doing something-always cleaning the big glass doors at the entrance.
Food was very nice and well presented.Tables always had clean table cloths and cutlery was plentiful and clean.
Location was excellent. You could just pop out of the hotel and have a walk along the beach or stroll round the nearby shops,bars and cafes.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Entertainers were good fun with plenty of 'get up and go'.They worked very hard and were good at what they did.
We would visit this hotel again and couldn't believe its star rating was only 2!!!

Taking into account the recent refurbishment of this hotel I could not have thought me my family and friends picked such a good hotel,the rooms were excellent and kept clean and tidy to a very high standard by the staff.
The food was high in its standards as well, there was plenty of choice of breakfast, and evening meals could not be faulted on that score. The location of the hotel was very good close to the beech,shops, and bars.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful,the entertainment in the hotel was great every night there was a show of some sort or other, I have only had one other holiday with the entertainment that good.

We came away for 4 days it was absolutely brilliant.
The hotel location was spot on really close to the beach but slightly set backenogh to be peaceful.
The two pools are great and always lots of activities happenig round about.
The resort and hotel was quiet at this time of year but nice. The hotel standards were very high and I actually thought it should be branded a 4 star rather than a 3 star .
The food was nice, always with plenty of choice. You cant go to Ibiza and not visit the hippy market in Es Cana its really big and was 1 of the highlites,but steer clear if you get easily flustered.
We are not really ones for hotel entertainment but it was always pleasant when we were around. I enjoyed tryin out the cocktails,the local bars and pubs are great and can get quite lively. I recommend the Irish pub if you decide to take a night out of the hotel.

This hotel was brilliant it was clean and the food was good.
The location was ideal and they could not have put enough entertainment on if they had tried. It has to be the best holiday me and my family have been on and this part of Ibiza is out of this world for a very relaxing holiday but there is also a lot to do
