Block 2000 have views over the main swimming pool, which is really nice! Also, both A La Carte restaurants are well worth a visit, although the main restaurant has plenty of variety and high quality food also.

Playa D'en Bossa wasn't a particularly memorable experience for the right reasons. There was hardly anything to see or do once you had walked from one end to the other. The water park was ok and a UK type fairground over the road made up the daytime entertainment. The resort is dirty and not really for families.

The resort has plenty of bars and clubs and offer happy hours and 2 for 1. The eating places weren't great and left us dissapointed with the food.

Wouldn't stay in this resort again on a self catering holiday.

Figuretas is quiet and has a good promenade, plenty of resturants and hippy type stalls at night selling leather goods, silver and ethnic stuff.

The beach is ok but might be reduced in size to make way for marina.

Adjacent playa den bossa is noisy, expensive and not very clean but if you are young(ish)and "up for it" thats the place to be. Aircraft noise is less in Figuretas but Playa den Bossa is right under flight path.

The actual resort of Playa D'en Bossa is not the best - very limited shops and restaurants (plenty of bars), what makes it ideal is the transfer time 5/10mins great for families.

Waterpark good.

Playa den Bossa is advertised as a family resort. If you have a young family, I would say not. Bars are mainly the loud music type with big screens with nothing to do for young children. There is one exception, The Games Park, which is about 600yds straight up from the funfair on the corner and opposite the Ebano apts. Trampolines, Climbing Frames, Go-Karts, Bouncy Castle all for e3.50, per child for as long as you want from 4.30pm. One of the only really family bars that WE could find in the resort.

Shops were nothing special (my wife said) with the usual tac (lilos, t.shirts, etc, etc).

Beach was nice and clean, and the sea was clear and didn't shelve too deeply.

Since we visited Playa Den Bossa first there has been quite a few hotels built so its quite a bit buisier now. It caters for young and old alike with plenty of clubs and bars. We did not visit any of these during our stay. It gets a bit roudy down there. The beach on the whole is kept quite clean. The only down side to the resort is that sometimes there's a strong smell of sewrage wafting up from the drains.

I wouldnt go back to Playa den Bossa as I thought it was a bit of a dump. We struggled to find any decent restaurants, finally finding one on our last night. All the rest the food was poor and overpriced. Plenty of bars to visit, but it certainly wasnt as nice as places in Majorca.

Playa den bossa has a German influence but still has the British in mind. There is a kiddy ride fair and adult sling shot, a bowling place with crazy golf.

Just up the road from bowling place theres a little spar shop where you can sit down and have a drink outside they supply glasses very cheap drinks. ( other shops are available )
Also Murphy's irish bar with live band (Dave and the Murphets) they have been there aleast 10 yrs.

Beach is one of the safest on the island gentle sloping to the see and clean sand as its cleaned at night.

The resort is really clean. The Fiesta Group own almost all the hotels along this stretch of beach and it is maintained to a high quality.
