Worst holiday ever!

Worst holiday we have ever had! Wasn't told exact location of hotel which was full of French students who just took over everything and just made themselves as disruptive.

Rooms small and no nets at windows even on ground floor; had to keep other curtains closed all the time.

On the up side hotel very clean and staff very friendly.

the food had a fantastic choice massive buffet tables ladden with different food not just chips, lots to do daytime but i must say night time entertainment was not as good as it could have been but some nights were superb .the staff all spoke english and did there best to make you welcome this hotel is approx 5 mins to the beach where there is scuba and several bars to finish if you are looking for a relaxing two weeks stress free this is the one for you and its only 1 euro 40 to get into san antonio outside the hotel

Having been allocated this Hotel due to being told on arival at our original Hotel it was overbooked, all we can say is Thank-you for moving us.

Hotel spotless .Room full air con,bit cramped but hey who sits in a room all day. First time ever no running down to find a sunbed .Theres plenty all over and spread about.

Food was excellent, lots of choice, hot and presented lovely with no rush to eat. No queing for drinks, in fact you serve yourself most drinks, great if you sitting by one of the three good size pools.

Lots of foreigners in this hotel so you dont tend to mingle much but entertainment was ok.

Definitely go here again due to cleanliness and the free slush puppies.

Surprised no one has reviewed this hotel.

I would say this is one of Ibizas best kept secrets.

If you want to go to a hotel with an "International" feel and is not all British Louts, Egg n' Chips and Wahey style entertainment then this is for you.

For starters only about 25% of the guests were British, with a mix of French, Spanish and German Friends also staying there.

It is located about 10 mins from a nice sandy cove with a small beach bar and some watersports.

Opposite the hotel are 4 shops, a SPAR supermarket and 2 bars. San Antonio bay is 5 mins away in a taxi costing 5 euros each way if you want more nightlife.

I would imagine they have spent some time and money on the hotel during the winter as it appeared freshly painted and everything seemed uptogether. In fact the hotel was spotless and the staff seemed to take pride in its appearance including maintaining the gardens etc

There are 3 Adult pools, 2 kids pools, a tennis court (which was also used for Basketball, football and volleyball), a mini kids club, and a jacuzzi.

Food was fine if you are a bit adventurous. I heard one bloke say that it would have been nice to have baked beans at breakfast and things like chicken nuggets at tea time for the kids - but we dont feed our little girl that kind of food often so it didnt matter to us.

Breakfast consisted of the usual ceral, bread & jams, Ham, cheese, fried eggs and sausages etc

Lunch and dinner very similar with Salads, a Pasta station, Bread Station, Hot Section with 2 meat, 1 fish and 1 vegetarian section. Sweets were a bit limited but normally by that stage we were full so a dish of ice cream made up for it.

If you were on all inclusive like us, you could get small tubs of ice cream, burgers and hot dogs if you needed it. Drinks were all local brands or you could opt for imported brands at a 50% discount. All inclusive is a great idea and 90% of guests opted for this as the regular bar tarrif was quite expensive.

Main tips are when booking, ask for a pool or garden view room the outlook is much better. Also hire a car as the hotel is a bit remote, unless you want to stay on site at the hotel.

Just remember the hotel is not air conditioned in the bedrooms, this is the only downfall although there are ceiling fans.

Overall we had a great time. The hotel is stylish, clean and well maintained. Entertainment ok and I would recommended this hotel if you want something not too British.

Book it and enjoy it!

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. No air conditioning which is the only reason we havent booked to go back this year. Very hot on a night even with ceiling fans.

The childrens entertainment was fantastic. Marion and frank lead the show. They have a fantastic way with children and we felt confident to let the kids go and join in for a few hours each day. They even allowed the kids to take part in the shows on a night. Which meant they rehearsed on an afternoon and wore costumes at night. The activities for the adults were good during the day too. We wouldnt normallly take part but got swept along and enjoyed the rifle shooting, archery etc.

Location it is a short walk to beach which is down an hill. Anyone with walking difficulties would find this difficult coming back. However lots of buses just outside the hotel very cheap and run regularly around the resort. Hotel reception staff are happy to give bus timetables. Alternatevely you can get a boat from beach which also isnt too expensive.

If your looking for a fantastic hotel for the kids then this is the hotel. If you want to explore the island and be within walking distance to lots of shops bars etc then look elsewhere. Only a few shops and clubs within walking distance.

The kids enjoyed it and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool while they were entertained. Very relaxing break.

Food was good, plenty of choice always hot and most days a fresh carvery is provided.
