Myself and my sister stayed at the Puerto Del Sol apartments in Cala'Dor, Mallorca and it was lovely.
The room was kept clean by the cleaning staff, the food was lovely with plenty of choice and the staff were great.
The bar staff in the main hotel were brilliant and they could not do enough for us. I can't wait to return!!!

This was the 2nd time I've stayed in Cala D'or.
The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful.
We stayed in room 170 close to the road. The road was noisy most mornings.
The only complaint I really have is how thin the walls are between apartments. Our neighbours had their TV on from 11pm - 6am. I complained to the hotel staff after 2 nights of TV. I did ask to be moved but was told they had no available rooms instead they said they could turn off the TV from reception. After my complaint I didn't hear the TV for the rest of our stay.
We had lunch once at the pool bar. The food was ok. You can't really go wrong with burger & chips!
The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful.

I am currently still here !!
Food is nothing short of terrible for a word disgusting!! all inclusive isn't that covers drinks no snacks unless you include biscuits as snacks.
Staff dour faced und uncopertive.
Bring plenty money as you will be eating out the food here is diabolical.
Nothing much doing in the way of entertainment, when raining told you have to go to pool bar for drinks in the rain????
Simple book elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay,we are going back next year.
The food was excellent,room very clean and big and the entertainment staff were brilliant,they worked really hard.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
The pools kept very clean and the gardens were gorgeous.

We arrived at six in the morning and booked in. We were in apartment 10 near the main road we were pleased with it huge with air con, TV, microwave, toaster, kettle. The back of our room overlooked the top pool which is quieter than the main pool but it was a bit of a walk if you wanted drinks from the all Inc bar.
We were told it had only just gone all Inc and was a bit of a joke they did not do daytime snacks as advertised you could only have tea and coffee and kids ice cream at certain times during the day.
The food in the dining room was ok but not much choice chips with everything and the food wasn

The hotel itself was nice, clean and reception staff were lovely. Bar staff and restaurant manager were miserable and unfriendly, preferring to serve guests who were not 'all inclusive' presumably because they might get a tip from them! Really put us of spanish people.
Apartment was huge and clean, no problems here.
Food was awful - either lukewarm or cold, poor quality meat and fish - such as lamb knuckles, chicken drumbsticks cheap beefburgers, plain pasta, ready made packet tasting lasagne and cheese quiche, cheap chicken nuggets and fish nuggets usually burnt but cold - and all this for your evening meal - it was really poor, chips with everything, Smash style mash potato once in the fortnight we were there and baked potatoes once, really messy in the restaurant with food all over the floor - everyone was complaining! This is the reason we would not visit again. Also they served all our drinks in coke cups (obviously around the pool this is ok because of safety but in the bars at night etc its not very pleasant)- ie a pint of lager, plastic cups for the wine even with your evening meal!
Hotel entertainment good for small children but not great for adults and teenagers really - the entertainers did a great job but needed more variety, everything was done on budget.
The whole feeling of the holiday was 'budget' and a bit like Pontins in the sun.

The hotel was very clean.
The staff were more than happy to help with any questions or complaints.
The food was ok, the children liked it because with us being all inclusive they could try a bit of everything. The only thing that we had to complain about was that if you missed breakfast you could only get ice cream,cakes or biscuits until lunchtime or pay for breakfast at the snack bar which for a family of 5 is quite costly.
The entertainment was great for the kids aged 5-12years and the entertainers do a great job.
All in all it was a lovely hotel and would recommend it to all families who want a relaxing but fun holiday.
We are hoping to return there again next year.

The rooms at hotel are clean and spacious, the air con really helped. We had a problem with the electrics but this was sorted out within an hour.
There are a lot of ramps and steps around the hotel so access with buggies can be tricky. If your going in a family group with children under 12, this is the place for you. Not a lot for teenagers to do at the hotel.
The all inclusive deal was great esp for the drinks and the service was quick and polite.
The food was, well, let's say school dinners. The children will love it though, fish fingers chicken nuggets and chips chips and more chips, we even had sprouts for four of the meals nice.
The resort of Cala D'or is a good 15 min walk, but the road train runs every hour it's 3 euro for adult and 2 euro for children. It also takes you around the area so it's well worth a try, but if your only going into Cala D'or I would get a taxi 4.5 euro into resort centre.
There are some really nice eating places around the marina but these are quite expensive esp when all inclusive you sort of don't like to wander far.
Overall the hotel is geared up for families with young children, there's not a great deal for teenagers and adult couples but we had a great time.......

Location was excellent, short walk {3 mins) from Cala D'or marina.
Hotel grounds glorious, very peaceful at night.
Food was varied, always a choice even for a fussy 5 year old.
Main pool was where all the entertainment took place during the day, although there were 2 other quieter pools.
Entertainment was good and all entertainment staff worked really hard and were very friendly.
Reception staff very good, although the bar staff were a bit temperamental, hardly surprising with the amount of work they had to do.
Make sure you get up early if you want a sunbed, as they are usually taken by 8.30 although reserving of sunbeds is not allowed, nobody enforces this rule.
If going to Cala D'dor centre, approx 3 min taxi ride, would advise taxi as is quicker than train and cheaper about e 4.50.
Definitely hoping to return next year as there is still a lot to see.

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment.... enormous. Spotlessly clean. Air con much appreciated.
Food left a little to be desired. Chips, chips and more chips - kids thoroughly enjoyed. There was a good choice of salad. Not enough fruit though, especially at breakfast. Had strange combinations of meals, but all was quite edible.
Quite a long walk to beach past the marina through the trees. If you walk as far as the beach, you might as well carry on round to the left and walk to The Fort - beautiful coastline. Apartments close to Marina so could dream away those millions of lottery winnings!!
Entertainment - staff worked extremely hard. Kids (aged 12 & 13) enjoyed it more than we did.
