Cala Millor is realy geared towards the Germans, so we met very few british families, not a bad thing really, compared to our brush with Brits Abroad 2 years ago! the restaurants were pretty disappointing too, but we were staying self catering so this was not a problem, they have a Lidl in the resort.
The beach is lovely,sandy with a rocky area to the extreme right so perfect for snorkelling. It did have some rough days when it was too choppy to swim and other guests said there were jelly fish on some days. I can highly recommend hiring a car and touring the island. the Pirates Adventure in Magaluf is a fantastic night out although it is not advertised in Cala Millor because it is a British Production.

Marins Playa is located on the border of Cala Millor and Cala Bona and we found the resort very clean and tidy.Loads of Restaraunts and bars to frequent although most close at midnight.The beach is very long but not as nice as the beach at Sa Coma which is fantastic.
I would certainly go back with the family!!

we went in August when at its busiest, but the area was still almost spotless! There was plenty of entertainment if you looked for it, depending on time. Beach was fine sand and large, but gets busy early. Plenty of sunbeds if you wish to pay though ample space to do your own thing!

This is definitely a resort for families, the beach was excellent. A visit to the Rose and Crown is a must, the food is very good, the staff are really friendly and the entertainment is a laugh! Also, visit Brummies excellent food the owners and staff are very very friendly. I will definitely go back even if I am staying in Sa Coma or Cala Bona!!

The only complaint about the resort itself was the dog muck it was terrible mabye it was just because we were a 10 minute walk from the centre but we had to tell the kids all the time to mind where they stepped.

resort is mainly catered for german visitors not a lot for english to do my 2 year old got very bored

The resort is very clean. The entertainment was very hard to find. We only found one bar that we could sit and watch some entertainment in. The rest were German speaking only.
The beach was clean with water sports. This resort seems to cater for the Germans.

Resort was very nice I would highly recommend it for anyone who is less able as it is very flat. Lots of nice shops and bars - didn't eat out a lot as we were all inclusive. We would definately go back to Cala Millor.

Cala Millor is areally clean resort and the beach is fab, plenty of bars and restaurants, the streets were buzzing around 8pm and most restaurants were full, but round about 11.30pm it went abit like aghost town,maybe because it was still early on in the season.I would say the resort is mainly for older people and families which suited us fine,no 18-30s in sight.
