Just returned, absolutely awful, felt like you were in a hostal but worse. Only staying 5 nights but wanted to come straight home.

What a dump!!! I told the company, Goldtrail, that I would be travelling with my 12 year old daughter and would they take this into account when allocating my holiday.
I was assured yes! This place is horrendous! It is a hostel for youngsters, not that I have anything against this, but not for a mother and daughter!
Six flights of starirs at 6.30 in the morning then to be faced with what looked like a prison cell!! Not nice I can tell you! No help from goldtrail whatsoever!!
Customer service woman was extrmely rude! Don't book with these what ever you do!!
