There is nothing much in the resort except a couple of bar/restaurants. 2 shops and a supermarket. It is like it is at a dead end. Bus service to Mahon goes 3 times a day so if you want to visit the island a car is essential. Small beach, with another smaller sandy cove nearby.

This is the only hotel in the whole resort,which is very isolated. A car is recommended at very very low rates (£90 for 3 days)to see this beautiful island and the roads are extremley quiet and safe to drive on, with the whole island able to be seen in a couple of days as it is only about 25 miles across.
Outstanding and breathtaking views all around the island with the beautiful fishing town of Binibeca and its splendid sunset only 10mins drive away from hotel.

This is not a resort it is a resident area with added bonus of a death trap for a beach......... Meaning if you go down to the rocky beach expect cobble stone like steps (leathal) very slippy and step, if you go to the grit side(they call this white sand ) again very steep but wide steps to end it all the beach is not worth all the bother.
Take a light jacket for the evenings as we went at the end of July begining of August and some nights it as chilly,
Every day was very windy so watch the sun you don't realise your burning. Have a good time!

Canutells beach is rather small. if you have no hire car to get to nicer beaches then this one is ok.

Couldn't fault anything. The beach is perfect the entertainment absolutely the best and the cleanliness completely outstanding.

The resort was very small and there was not alot there. 1 pub and a cove to be precise.
It was very clean although the sand in the cover was full of ants. The water though was beautiful and clear and warm.

The resort in itself is tiny, more of a village. There is one restaurant but we didn't bother.
The beach is tiny. I wouldn't think more than 3 or 4 families could get on. It wasn't the cleanest of beaches but there is a free bus to different beaches on the island.
We would visit there again saying that so it couldn't have bothered us that much! Enjoy your holiday.

The resort cleanliness was excellent.
There was no entertainment in the resort.
The beach was dirty with chickens roaming around very small beach.
We would definitely not visit this resort again

Very small resort, consisted of the hotel and a beach restaurant. Some shops within hotel complex; Spar, Gift shop x2, car hire, British style pub. Beach very small with lots of boats
